Personal

I am originally from Bulgaria, but have lived and (mostly) grown up in the Pacific Northwest. I am incredibly grateful to live in such a beautiful and special corner of the world. Outside of the office, you will likely find me galavanting in the mountains and exploring alpine lakes. I also have a deep love for good food, traveling, and spending time with my loved ones and pets.

Professional

I have been in the mental health field since 2013 and have worked with individuals from a wide array of ages and backgrounds. I have a BS in Psychology from the University of Washington with a Minor in Women Studies, and an MS in Mental Health Counseling from Western Washington University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Mental Health Professional (MHP), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
